Corinis law is prepared to help business manage legal issues related to business activities and transactions and, when necessary, resolving disputes that arise. I will take the lead in addressing all legal issues that surround owning, operating, and managing a business, including advising clients on their legal rights, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating business transactions..

I work with clients across Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area to ensure that their businesses have effective, compliant business contracts to protect their businesses and make strategic decisions to set them up for success.

What I Do

I handle business law matters including drafting operating agreements, review contracts, and provide advice on business transactions My role is to understand clients through every stage of their business by explaining risk and compliance issues, and ensuring that businesses can grow with confidence.

 

If disputes do arise, I am prepared to defend clients and resolve matters through effective negotiation and, if necessary, litigation.

• Writing, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts - I represent clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in a way most favorable to their business, and designed to avoid future disputes.
• Representing clients before regulators, court, or boards - Regulators, state boards, and courts often require businesses to answer for compliance issues. I defend clients to ensure that they can continue to focus on their business, and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Developing effective policies - Preventing disputes and avoiding litigation are crucial to ensure that businesses can focus on success.  I protect clients by drafting and implementing comprehensive, effective internal policies to prevent disputes before they happen.
• Advising owners of regulations and laws - I guide clients through the complicated and confusing world of government regulation to ensure that their businesses are compliant, and remain compliant, to avoid disruption caused by compliance issues.
