Fee Schedule

Mediation time is charged at the rate of $500 per hour ($250 per hour, per party for two party mediations). Time is computed to the next half hour. For mediations involving more than two parties, the rate is $175 per hour, per party, for three parties, $150 per hour, per party, for four parties.

Half day and full day mediation

Mediations may be scheduled for either a half day (3hour minimum) or a full day (6 hour minimum).

Cancellation policy

Notice of cancellation/postponement must be received at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement of the mediation conference. Cancellation or postponement requests made less than 7 calendar days prior to the mediation date will result in a minimum charge (3 hours), to be paid equally by the parties.
