I represent clients responding to civil investigations, enforcement actions, and related proceedings, drawing on extensive experience with government processes.
• Subpoenas and Investigative Demands - Receiving a subpoena or civil investigative demand requires prompt and careful handling. I assist clients in evaluating requests, managing document production, and responding strategically.
